This hotel provides excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a stay in a very quiet neighborhood. The location is superb, right outside Bakurocho station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and provides attentive service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the room, including the bathroom, are well-maintained and clean. The breakfast included is a great addition, offering a good start to the day.
All aspects were satisfactory, nothing to improve.

Excellent breakfast with a variety of options including salad, fruit, pastries, miso soup, and self-serve coffee made from fresh ground beans. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering adequate English assistance. The hotel's location next to the JR station made it easily accessible from the airport and convenient for traveling within the city.
The rooms were small, making it difficult to move around. The lack of air-conditioning made it necessary to keep the window open at night for some cool air, but this also allowed for outside noise to enter the room.

A fine business hotel. The staff was nice. The location is quite good, with nearby train stations and a 7/11 on the first floor. The room was clean and well-equipped. Wi-fi worked really well and there were enough power sockets. The breakfast was simple, but fine. The hotel had convenient amenities like vending machines, computers, and washer/dryer areas.
